To delete your eHarmony account, your auto-renewal subscription cycle must end. If you’re in the middle of a subscription cycle, contact eHarmony’s Customer Care team.
You can cancel eHarmony at any time, but your subscription cycle will run the full course before your account is deleted. Cancellation of auto-renewal must be initiated at least 24 hours before the end of your current term.
