ExpressVPN’s download speed was faster while connected to a server in Australia, and its upload speed was faster while connected to a server in the U.K.

Additionally, both offer support for various routers. However, ExpressVPN provides a broader range of support for smart devices like smart TVs and gaming consoles. Mullvad appears to only offer support for Android TV, as stated on its website, but sadly, it does not seem to support any gaming consoles.
