As for TorGuard’s money-back guarantee, you qualify only if you’re a first-time customer and have used the product for 7 days or less. On TorGuard’s website, it clearly states that after the 7-day period, you’ll most likely be denied a refund.

Historically, ExpressVPN has produced impressive results. In the past, it increased our download speeds with every server we selected. Although it was only by a small amount, we liked that we could browse securely without lag. 

TorGuard reduced our speeds at every server location we tried. Every server outside of the U.S. decreased our speeds by 50% or more. Although we didn't notice much of an impact while using our device, these drops could be significant depending on your baseline speed.
