Our experience

Hostinger was clear and easy to understand. It wasn't difficult to navigate, which is a huge plus for a technical platform. Any beginner could use Hostinger without falling into a pit of complex IT environments. Yet it still offers advanced features to handle scaling and complex sites.

All the websites were clearly listed in the menu. You can edit the site or go to the dashboard to manage settings.

Hostinger made navigating a website easy, and I never had to consult with the AI chatbot for help — although the chatbot, named Kodee, was always available. But I didn't find the fine print of "Kodee may produce inaccurate information" reassuring.

Creating or migrating a website was also a simple process. Hostinger was there every step of the way to help. From hands-on migration assistance to an AI web builder, you had many options for designing or migrating an existing website (WordPress only).

Unlike other web hosting providers, nothing about Hostinger feels outdated. Everything — from the clean navigation to the practical AI tools — suggests it can handle modern internet needs.

The process began with a website speed analysis. Based on these results, the AI Troubleshooter recommended optimizing the site.

We chose to optimize performance. After a few minutes, the AI Troubleshooter resolved the issues and informed us about the actions it took. This resulted in a significant improvement in mobile performance and a slight increase in desktop performance.
