Sixteen of the 17 Dallas Cowboys games this season have a network assigned, and 13 of those are on FOX, NBC, or CBS. Only three sit behind paid streaming — two Monday night games on ESPN and a Thursday night game on Prime Video. If you’re watching from outside Texas, you’ll also need NFL Sunday Ticket.
Every scheduled Dallas Cowboys regular season game in 2026 airs on FOX, NBC, CBS, ESPN, or Prime Video — eight games on FOX, three on NBC, and two on CBS. The three premium games are Week 7 at Philadelphia and Week 13 at Seattle on ESPN, and Week 5 against Tampa Bay on Prime Video. Week 18 at Washington has not been assigned a network yet.
Two games stand out. Dallas plays Baltimore at the Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro in Week 3 on CBS, and hosts Philadelphia on Thanksgiving on FOX — both on free-to-air channels.

The Cowboys play three “premium” games this season, two on ESPN and one on Prime Video. Subscribing to both platforms can cost you $179.92 for the season, or only $74.97 if you subscribe and cancel around each game. Every other scheduled Cowboys game is on FOX, NBC, or CBS.
Both Cowboys games on ESPN are also simulcast for free on ABC.

Sunday afternoon games are assigned by region, so CBS and FOX show different matchups depending on where you live. If you’re outside Texas, your local channels will usually be carrying another team, which is why out-of-market fans need Sunday Ticket to get every Cowboys game.

If you’re in the Dallas market, most of the season costs you nothing beyond the TV service you already have: 13 of the 16 scheduled games are on FOX, NBC, or CBS, including Thanksgiving and the Rio game. The three exceptions are Weeks 7 and 13 on ESPN and Week 5 on Prime Video.
Outside Texas, your local FOX and CBS affiliates will be carrying other teams most Sundays, so NFL Sunday Ticket through YouTube TV is the only way to get every game.
Week 18 at Washington still doesn’t have a network assigned, and the NFL can move games into prime time late in the season, so it’s worth checking back.

NFL Sunday Ticket through YouTube TV is the only service that carries every out-of-market Cowboys game, at $609.95 for new subscribers or $792.95 for returning subscribers. Nationally televised games — Weeks 7 and 13 on ESPN, Week 5 on Prime Video, Weeks 1, 6 and 16 on NBC, and Thanksgiving on FOX — are available everywhere without it.

The Cowboys play Baltimore at the Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro on September 27, and the game airs on CBS at 3:25 p.m. Central — a normal Sunday afternoon window on a free-to-air channel.
