Sixteen of the 17 Houston Texans games this season have a network assigned, and 12 of those are on CBS, FOX, or NBC. The other four sit behind paid streaming — two on Prime Video, one on NFL Network, and one on ESPN. If you’re watching from outside Texas, you’ll also need NFL Sunday Ticket.
Every scheduled Houston Texans regular season game in 2026 airs on CBS, FOX, NBC, Prime Video, NFL Network, or ESPN — eight games on CBS, three on FOX, and one on NBC. The four premium games are Week 11 against Indianapolis and Week 16 at Philadelphia on Prime Video, Week 6 against Jacksonville on NFL Network, and Week 17 at Green Bay on ESPN. Week 18 against Tennessee has not been assigned a network yet.
Two games fall outside the usual window. Houston plays Jacksonville at Wembley Stadium in London in Week 6, kicking off at 8:30 a.m. Central, and visits Philadelphia on Christmas Eve on Prime Video.

The Texans play four “premium” games this season, two on Prime Video, one on NFL Network, and one on ESPN. Subscribing to all three platforms can cost you $207.88 for the season, or only $66.96 if you subscribe and cancel around each game. Every other scheduled Texans game is on CBS, FOX, or NBC.

Sunday afternoon games are assigned by region, so CBS and FOX show different matchups depending on where you live. If you’re outside Texas, your local channels will usually be carrying another team, which is why out-of-market fans need Sunday Ticket to get every Texans game.

If you’re in the Houston market, most of the season costs you nothing beyond the TV service you already have: 12 of the 16 scheduled games are on CBS, FOX, or NBC. The four exceptions are Weeks 11 and 16 on Prime Video, the London game on NFL Network, and Week 17 on ESPN.
Outside Texas, your local CBS and FOX affiliates will be carrying other teams most Sundays, so NFL Sunday Ticket through YouTube TV is the only way to get every game.
Week 18 against Tennessee still doesn’t have a network assigned, and the NFL can move games into prime time late in the season, so it’s worth checking back.
CBS carries most Texans games this season — eight of the 16 scheduled — with three on FOX and one on NBC. The four premium games are Week 11 against Indianapolis and Week 16 at Philadelphia on Prime Video, Week 6 against Jacksonville on NFL Network, and Week 17 at Green Bay on ESPN.

NFL Sunday Ticket through YouTube TV is the only service that carries every out-of-market Texans game, at $609.95 for new subscribers or $792.95 for returning subscribers. Nationally televised games — the London game on NFL Network, Weeks 11 and 16 on Prime Video, Week 13 on NBC, and Week 17 on ESPN — are available everywhere without it.

CBS, FOX, and NBC are free over the air, so with an antenna in the Houston market, 12 of the Texans' 16 scheduled games cost nothing. Fubo, YouTube TV, and DIRECTV Stream all run free trials that can cover a game or two.
The two Prime Video games, the London game on NFL Network, and the Week 17 ESPN game always require a paid subscription.
